Terms and Conditions

-$10 non-refundable deposit is due at time of signup (except for first time subscribers)

-Billing: Monthly, Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, On-Time Cleaning subscribers agree to have their credit card on file billed automatically for services (recurring) as outlined in service plan details. Subscriber acknowledges these services are ongoing (except One-Time Plan). 

- Cancellation of ongoing services (ALL PLANS) is due in writing 10 business days prior to service or subscriber may be subject to full amount of the next service (greater than or equal to $20/can or current rates).

-Please make sure there are no hazardous materials in your trash can. If there are, let us know before service so the hazardous materials can be properly disposed of according to local city laws

-Only the service address trash cans will be cleaned. Please do not try and add your neighbor's cans to your service day. Ask about our special discount for referring a neighbor!

-Be aware that your trash cans may be cleaned later in the evening due to the timing schedule of the garbage trucks

-As of July 1st we will only be cleaning trash cans on Mondays and Fridays (Tuesday/Wednesday/Saturday/Sunday by specific appointment only). We are happy to pull out your trash bags and clean your cans if you have a Tuesday-Thursday Saturday/Sunday trash pickup day. 

-Excessive dog poop or fecal matter may result in a $15 fee per trash bin. 

-Your trash can will be cleaned prior to 9:00PM on its scheduled service day
